Types of filters offered by HIFI FILTER

The company is known for the high quality of its filters, which often exceed OEM standards. Here are the main groups of interest:

1. Air filters (Air Filters)

They are designed to protect the engine from dust, sand and contaminants in the environment.

  • Features: Uses high-tech materials (cellulose or cotton) that provide approximately100% separation efficiency.
  • Scope: Cylindrical, oval, panel and conical filters. Also offer cyclone pre-filters for operation in extremely dusty environments.

2. Hydraulic Filters

Critical to the reliability of excavator, loader and industrial machinery hydraulic systems.

  • Features: Designed to withstand high pressure and flow pulsations. Protect sensitive components (pumps, distributors) from abrasive wear.
  • Scope: High pressure filters, suction filters, return line filters and spin-on filters.

3. Oil Filters

Ensure engine oil cleanliness and extend engine life by trapping soot and metal particles.

  • Features: Resistant to high temperatures and chemically aggressive environments.
  • Scope: Available as cartridges or threaded metal filters for all types of light, heavy and heavy duty machinery.

4. Fuel Filters

Protect the fuel system (injectors and CNG) from impurities and water in the fuel.

  • Features: Uses hydrophobic materials to separate water from diesel or gasoline. This is vital for modern common rail systems operating at pressures above 2000 bar.
  • Scope: Standard fuel filters, fuel separators with transparent condensate drain cups and additional filters for harsh conditions.
